Filipino News has been creating community-focused events for the last two decades. Fiesta Pilipinas is our Filipino cultural festival that takes place annually. It is the biggest Philippine Independence Day Commemoration in NZ and also features the 8th FIlipino Kiwi Hero Awards which recognises Filipino overachievers that have gone beyond the ordinary to shine a spotlight on the Filipino community in New Zealand.
